Blade Change Steps for Different Size Hacksaw Frames

12" Hacksaw Frame

To change the blade on the 12" hacksaw frame, follow these steps:

1. Loosen the handle by turning the handle nut counterclockwise.
2. Remove the old blade from the frame and install a new blade.
3. Tighten the handle by turning the handle nut clockwise.

10" Hacksaw Frame

To change the blade on the 10" hacksaw frame, follow these steps:

1. Loosen the handle by turning the handle nut counterclockwise.
2. Remove the old blade from the frame and install a new blade.
3. Tighten the handle by turning the handle nut clockwise.

6" Mini Hacksaw Frame

To change the blade on the 6" mini hacksaw frame, follow these steps:

1. Loosen the handle by turning the handle nut counterclockwise.
2. Remove the old blade from the frame and install a new blade.
3. Tighten the handle by turning the handle nut clockwise.

3 Sizes Hacksaws Set

The set includes high tension carbon steel blades that are flexible and shatter-resistant in 12”×24T, 10”×24T, and 6”×24T sizes (3 pieces for each size). It also includes 2 multi-function double side teeth blades (12” 8TPI for wood, 12” 24TPI for metal).

Two Angles & Quick-Change

The 12” hacksaw frame has 2 mounting pillars that can hold the blade at 90 or 45 degrees for standard and flush cutting. It also has an adjustable knob at the bottom of the handle for tightness adjusting and blade quick-change, saving time and labor, and avoiding blade damage.
